Augusta Government Leadership Program

Objective
This program is designed to improve leadership effectiveness by developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of Augusta employees, creating an Emerging Leaders/Succession Planning Program for the City of Augusta.

"First Line Manager Certification" 

The objective of this class is to enhance the leadership skills of first line managers/supervisors in order to provide them with an organizational perspective and an opportunity to explore topics that are relevant to their future and the success of Augusta government.

Class Details:
  • Limited to 30 students
  • 12 month program consisting of 7.5 hour sessions
  • Classes will be held every 3rd Wednesday of the month beginning January 21, 2015
  • All class material will be provided
  • There is no cost to employees
  • Limited to supervisors only

  • Jan. 21, 2015 - First Class Begins
