A web site for a medium-size city is not a static entity - it should be changing in order to adapt to the needs of the community. The redesign of www.augustaga.gov that was implemented in December of 2013 is not the end of the story of the web site - it simply begins another chapter of the site's development.
Augusta Information Technology Department staff members review the information on this page in order to assess the effectiveness of the site and the social media and customer outreach initiatives that have been implemented. This process is not performed once every four years, but is instead an ongoing process of review and change based on the needs of the customers and the technology which is available for us to meet those needs.
If you're curious about how we react and plan based on the information that you see in the slides below, please see the FAQ located in the right-hand column of this page. The accompanying page on Web Site Metrics will also provide you with some insight.
