Do you record maps, plats or plans? If so, effective January 1, 2017, the filing process in the state of Georgia has changed. HB 1004 of the 2016 legislative session, relating to courts and property, will require the electronic filing of maps, plats and plans.
All plats must be filed electronically at https://efile.gsccca.org. Register at https://efile.gsccca.org to begin the eFiling process. For more information regarding eFiling requirements, see the Learning page of the GA Superior Court Clerk.
