When do you accept applications?

Can one application be used for more than one position?
A separate application is needed for each position.
How long will it take before I hear something?
It varies. Applications that meet the minimum qualifications will be sent
to the department advertising for that position after the closing date.
You will be notified by Human Resources by a postcard that your information
has been received. Departments vary in their time frames to fill positions.
It is up to the hiring department to fill the position, and the department
will contact you if they are interested in seeing you for an interview.
Is there anything else I need to turn in with my application?
Unless otherwise stated, you do not have to submit anything else with your
application. You are free to attach a resume if you choose.

Can you fax me an application?
No. An application can be downloaded from the Human Resources web page.
Can I submit an application for a position that is not open or posted?
Applications will only be accepted for positions that are being advertised.
Will I be able to speak to someone when I turn in my application?
No. You will be contacted if you are selected for an interview.
