We request that all proclamation, certificate, and greeting letter information be submitted to our office at least two (2) weeks prior to the date needed. The information can be submitted via email to Natasha McFarley, U.S. mail, fax at (706) 821-1835, or hand delivered. Please provide the supporting information for each document. All requests are subject to the mayor’s approval.
